Last year, my Father'in-law Mike was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

These are cruel life changing brain conditions that have a profound effect on the lives of individuals, their friends and families.

Sadly, Mike passed away in March this year, but am determined to help to support others during these difficult times.

On Sunday 19 July 2026, I'm running a 50k Ultra-marathon (31 miles) in support of Alzheimer’s Dementia UK.

This is an epic challenge for me at 60 years old, so I hope you will get behind me in Phil's 50@60 and help me raise vital funds for research and support services that make a real difference in the lives of those affected by these conditions.
