At Codec we're dedicated to supporting Flourish NI in any way that we can to ensure that the amazing work they do for their clients can continue.

In support of Flourish NI, Phil is taking on Ironman Ireland in Cork which is comprised of a 3.8km sea swim from the sandy Front Strand Beach in Youghal, followed by a 180km bike course along the undulating coastal roads and fishing villages of Ireland’s coast and ending in a fast and flat 42.2km run through the ancient 5th century town of Youghal. For context on how mammoth the course is, Phil must complete this inside a 17 hour time cap! 🤯

For anyone that knows Phil, you'll will know just how much time and effort he's put into training for this event - which is an unthinkable task for us mere mortals, but Phil always takes on these crazy things with a smile 😀
