It's been a while since I used pedal power, Ive been enjoying the motorbike too much. Though I might just regret it 3700 metres of climbing in 3 days !!

Doing this for family and friends affected by loss and supporting those who continue to meet their own personal challenges with humour and dignity - My own father being such a man.

So as I am grateful to turn 60 in this year I wanted to make difference to others and celebrate my friends ex colleagues ex rugby mates who didn't quite reach that number & don't have the choice - you are never forgotten.

So if you are able to spare some change for this great charity that would be amazing and so gratefully received.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
