This May, alongside my colleagues from Abbott, I'm taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge - Attempting to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in just 24 hours.

It's going to be tough, tiring and probably a bit miserable at times - but we are doing this for a great cause - Alzheimer's Research UK.

My Nana had Alzheimer's and it's a horrible disease that strips away the person you knew. It's something that's stuck with me, and I'd love to play a small part in helping fund research to find better treatments, or even a cure one day.
