Phil, Abbie, and Ella successfully completed the challenge of the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 6th of October, (which also happened to be Phils birthday! ) to raise vital funds for Prostate Cymru, a charity close to their heart that is dedicated to supporting men affected by prostate cancer and other prostate diseases in Wales.

Every donation brings them one step closer to their goal of helping improve men's health across Wales.
