Story
As some of you may know, my nephew was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. Having had intense chemotherapy he doing ok, but his battle still carries on. Having missed his GCSE year at school and being locked away from family and friends, he is finally get some sort of normal life again now. It has been extremely difficult for my brother and his family to deal with.
When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.
So this year I wanted to raise money for this amazing charity. On May 24th I shall be attempting to London from London to Brighton, avoiding any tree’s along the way. Those who remember my last attempt will get this joke.
At Young Lives vs Cancer, they help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you.

I would be extremely grateful if you could donate whatever you can to not only help my family, but 1000’s of other families in the same position. Hopefully the money you donate will help save young lives and make a massive difference to their families.
