Last year we lost two wonderful friends, Jeff Micheal and Melissa Bryers, who both passed away far too young at St Micheal's Hospice.

In their memory, on the 6th/7th of June, I'll be running Endure24 in Reading and on the 1st of October, I'll cycle from London to Paris. Two events for two people who are missed by so many.

Both of their wishes were to raise money and support this amazing place so if you can spare a few pounds, that would be fantastic !!
