Group B Streptococcus is the UK's most common cause of life-threatening infection in newborn babies and of meningitis in babies under 3 months.

In 2022 my wife was diagnosed with Group B Strep while pregnant with our first child. Thanks to early detection and treatment by the midwifes, Zoey was born in January 2023 with no complications.

We realise that other families aren't so lucky, so that is why I'd like to raise as much money as possible for this charity by running the Belfast City Marathon.
