Running gives me strength, stability, keeps me healthy and sane. A lot of young people don’t have this as a prerequisite and in that case the work of YMCA is highly valuable - I want to support them in their work - please help me raise the funds for a great cause.

Many young people have never known these things; other people have lost one or more as they grew up, but we all need them. All of us.
