RUHX, formerly known as The Forever Friends Appeal, is the official NHS charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath. We are dedicated to making our community healthier, happier, and stronger for the future by supporting the extraordinary work that leads to exceptional care for everyone.

Like many who live in Bath, I have experienced both joyful and challenging moments at the RUH. From celebrating the birth of my two boys to facing the heartbreaking loss of a loved one during cancer treatment, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible dedication of the staff working tirelessly under difficult circumstances.

This year, on 23 May 2026, I am proud to join a small team called The May Team in participating in the Walk of Life 2026. We are walking not only to honor those who have been touched by RUHX but also to support a dear friend currently receiving chemotherapy at the Dyson Centre. Our goal is to raise £500 to help this remarkable charity continue its vital work.
