Hi Everyone , I'm going to be running the Nos Galon Road Race in Mountain Ash on New Years Eve, for a wonderful local charity ,Cynon Valley Pals. This charity does absolutely fantastic work for disabled children in our local area, which Brooke has attended on many occasions. I'm not much of a runner, but I do plan to win the whole event and have been training hard, with the rumor mill saying ,is that Mo Farrah is going to be there this year as the guest runner and beating an olympian has been on my bucket list for a while.

Jokes aside it's honestly a brilliant charity and they deserve the recognition and it's an honor to do it for them.
