Earlier this year Phil was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, so as part of my 70th birthday (Strictly no presents please, just donations !) we are undertaking a “Thomas Triathlon “ to raise funds for Cure Parkinson’s.

Between us, over the next few months, we are going to swim 70km, cycle 70 miles and walk 70 miles.

Cure Parkinson’s funds research into stopping, slowing or reversing the effects of Parkinson’s. This could improve the lives of millions of people who are living with this condition and gives huge hope for the future.

We are really passionate about supporting their work, so a donation, however small, would be the best present I could wish for.
