In June 2024, I am taking on a Mighty Hike with my dear sister in law Lizzie, who this year has fought with a smile through cancer treatment with the support of the amazing NHS and Macmillan. To celebrate her recovery and rehab success, we are going to hike a half marathon in the stunning Lake District, and also raise money for other people living with cancer. This will be a huge achievement for Lizzie, having gone through major surgery, intensive chemo and radiotherapy in the 10 months before this. She is a hero!

I have pledged to raise £250 and would appreciate any support in reaching this. By fundraising my pledge, I could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker for two days who could provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer.
