In loving memory of our Mummy & Wife, Philomena Donnelly, who passed peacefully on Wednesday 21st August 2024, with her family by her side.

Despite her wishes, unfortunately our mum was not an eligible organ donor, so, this is the next best thing. We hope this awareness will help many families in future, including our own.
