Story
In 2022, I ran a 10K for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in Leeds, UK in honour of my grandmother. I’m also looking to study Neuroscience at uni, hoping to find a cure for MND.
In October 2023, I ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon for MNDA.
Now I decided to redo my first event and go for the Leeds 10K again!
My grandmother passed in end of November 2021 after battling MND for over 1.5 years, so this is a cause I have a personal connection with.
This incredible association, which is not only helping to fund research into finding a cure but also helping those currently living with MND, means it couldn’t make me happier to be able to make a even a small difference by running in support of this charity. A cure could be just at our fingertips!
Special thanks to my parents who always cheer me on, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you! Also thank you to the rest of my family for supporting me through training!
Thank you for all of your support!
