With my sister and some good friends I've been training to be able to run 10k again after a 10 year break thanks to a combination of ITB syndrome and family commitments. It's in my home town of Coventry and no doubt The Specials will help me along. I wanted to raise money for a good cause and Malaria Consortium are incredibly effective at preventing suffering and death so have gone for them.
