I’m running the 10k Winter Run on 15th February in London to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer affects most people in their lifetime, both directly and indirectly, and I want to raise money to contribute to the amazing care cancer patients receive as well as support for their families.

Like most people, I have family members and close friends who have benefitted by having excellent care from diagnosis and treatment, and I would like to do my bit to contribute.

I would be extremely grateful for all donations, no matter the amount.

Two people donating £15 could help fund a cancer nurse for an hour.

8 people donating £50 each could fund the purchase of a microscope camera, allowing cancer research scientists to take images of cancer cells in tumour tissue samples.

5 people donating £100 could find a clinical research bursary for 1 week. This allows doctors to get involved in research projects in the lab and use their expertise to find new ways to beat cancer.
