I've signed up to do a half marathon NEXT MONTH, holy moly...

I'm raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association - this is because my good pal Jake just got a recent diagnosis with this progressive condition. We've done runs together in the past and like me, he's a drummer - my fave drummer in the whole world actually. So as you can imagine, it's pretty life changing.
