On Friday 22nd September, we (Phoebe Macgregor, Migjen Behrami and Ash Hodges) will be taking on the infamous Invesco Thames Challenge to raise money for Dementia UK.

Fresh-faced and un-fit, we begin our 90k journey to Portman Square from our Henley office at 6:00 am where we will Canoe, Cycle and Run (hobble) our way to the capital.

Phoebe will be powered by the thought of an ice-cold Gin and tonic, whilst Mij and Ash are dreaming of a well-earned, extortionately-priced pint of Guinness just off Oxford Street come 6pm.

This is worthwhile cause very close to three of us, so your support and contributions are greatly appreciated.
