When I turned 21, I decided that I wanted to make more of an impact to my local community and raise money for people and charities that are personally close to my heart.

Mental health is something that has affected me, and will affect everyone in their lifetime, and is often not spoken about and dealt with.

Shine Lincolnshire is a charity that connects the people of Lincolnshire with the services and support that will most effectively meet their mental health needs, making help more accessible to all.

I am partaking in a Skydive to try and raise as much money as I can for mental health charities in my local area and to encourage people to talk about mental health.
