My mum spent several months in Barnsley Hospice receiving end-of-life care before she passed away. The support they gave to her and my family was incredible, and I want to give back in gratitude for everything they did for us.”

I’m taking on this abseil in honour of my mum and to raise money for an amazing charity that means so much to me.

Barnsley Hospice provides specialist palliative and end of life care to adults in Barnsley living with a progressive life-limiting illness, and the people close to them.

They need to raise £3.5 million each year to continue their services, and it’s because of our incredible supporters who take on challenges like this that we they achieve this total.
