This July I am completing a month of 9000 steps per day for endometriosis. This might seem like a tiny number of steps per day but as someone who lives with this disease everyday it can seem like a huge task to even get out of bed some days let alone take on 9000 steps every day.

Please help me out with any donations you can and support the 1in10 with endometriosis who wait an average of over 9 years to get a diagnosis. This is the second reason for 9000 steps. Last year the diagnosis time was 8 years and so the walk was 8000 steps per day. Now it is 9. The recognition and diagnosis time is getting longer!

I waited over a decade for diagnosis and doctors who listened. Please do whatever you can to help so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
