Murray's Piano Recital

Piano Recital · 11 January 2025
My name is Murray. I have played piano since the age of 6, with an incessant (and exhausting!) impulse to constantly stretch myself with music of ever-increasing difficulty. Having grown up in Norwich, I now live in London with my wife Sarah.
I studied music at university and learnt piano to a high level, and although I have not pursued it professionally, I still love the piano and I have kept up playing. Having spent many hours in alone with my piano in a darkened room, it’s about time I shared with the wider world some my favourite pieces!
It’s difficult to ignore the distressing crisis that’s been unfolding with the war in Gaza and Lebanon over the last year.
Tearfund are running an emergency appeal campaign which provides life-saving medicine and healthcare, as well as food and blankets, to those who are suffering.
They are a Christian charity which tackles injustice and poverty across the world.
Our vision is to see people freed from poverty, living transformed lives, and fulfilling their God-given potential.
The recital is totally free, but I would love for you to consider donating. You can do so on the day through this page or with cash in response to the recital.
