I'm taking part in Challenge 79 in aid of Spoons Neonatal Family Support charity by doing at least 20 mins of exercise every single days for the next 79 days.

Spoons has made a huge impact on me and my family through the various services they provide. My daughter Ada was born at 27 weeks and spent 75 days in NICU. Spoons supported us in this time and beyond and this is just a small way that we can give back to say thank you.
