Dearest kind people,

It’s been a while since I’ve rattled the charity tin on my handcycle and thank you to everyone in the past who has supported my attempts to raise money for the spinal injury charity Regain. 

Towards the end of September I will be embarking on another charitable escapade - handcycling 350km, over 3 days, with my little arms, from Milan to Venice to help raise money for Regain - who support other people that have become severely paralysed through sporting accidents like myself. Prior to the event I will be training cycling up and down the Italian Dolomites.

I hope what I am doing will raise money to help others who have experienced similar life changing accidents. The money will go towards supplying quadriplegics with adapted sporting equipment, wheelchairs and specialist equipment to help lead a more independent life.
