South Shropshire Youth Forum works with approximately 120-150 young people, aged 9-18 per year. They run a variety of projects and deliver services depending on the needs of the young people in each market town area. They currently provide regular evening sessions during term time, day projects in schools and services throughout the school holiday periods and at weekends. Currently they run 3 programmes of activity including generic youth work, community and diversionary projects and heritage based activities.

With recent challenges in securing funding, and summer fast approaching, the team here at Pietro Lounge have decided to raise money for this charity in particular to support the vital work that they are doing in helping young people in the local area. Raising these funds will help to ensure that their youth work programs can continue, encourage children to participate in community projects and even go towards activities/ trips at weekends/ summer holidays for young people who may otherwise not be able to.

Here at Pietro Lounge we will be holding numerous fundraising events across June to raise money for this wonderful charity, including a quiz night, bake sale, sponsored walk and much more!
