We are taking on the Lincoln 10k to raise £1,000 for the British Heart Foundation, in loving memory of our dad, who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2025.

This run means so much more to us than the miles on the road. We are running together as a family, united by love, loss, and the desire to turn our grief into something positive. Our dad was the heart of our family, and he is deeply missed every single day by everyone who knew and loved him.

Heart disease affects so many families, often without warning. By supporting the British Heart Foundation, we hope to help fund vital research, improve treatments, and support other families so that more precious time can be given to those they love.

Every step we take during the Lincoln 10k will be for our dad, and every donation—no matter how small—will help us honour his memory while making a real difference.
