The Pinder 200 is Club Insure’s fundraising challenge for 2023. The team will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK by cycling from our new Leeds office to Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.

Club Insure and The Romero Group forged a relationship with the Prostate Cancer UK in 2019. And following our successful Coast2Coast cycle ride from Morecambe to Bridlington in 2021, the team wanted to up their game. The Pinder 200 will be a 200 mile cycle ride in memory of Club Insure Director, Lloyd Pinder, taking place on 2nd & 3rd June 2023.

The route will begin at our new office, named Lloyd Pinder House (LS19 7ZA) and finish at the Stadium of Light (SR5 1SU). We’ve selected the Sunderland AFC stadium as the finish line because Lloyd was a huge fan of the black cats.

The 200 miles begins in North Leeds crossing over to York and through North Yorkshire, stopping at Lloyds home village of South Milford. Then continuing through Pocklington & Driffield before reaching the coast at Bridlington. The team will then cycle up the coast to Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby before crossing the inlet at Middlesborough and continuing up the coast to the Stadium of Light.
