Dear Friends and Family,

Pinky and Nav here! – crazy cousins that are taking on the incredible challenge of running/walking 100 kilometres along the stunning Jurassic Coast on May 18-19. We start on Day 1 at Corfe Castle, the route heads down to Swanage, and along through Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups & downs to Weymouth completing 52km. On Day 2 we complete 42km from Weymouth to Bridport, in total a distance close to 2.5 marathons!

Mental health is a cause close to both our hearts and is something experienced by those close to us. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by mental health challenges. By participating in this challenge, we are not only pushing my own limits but also raising awareness and funds for a cause that impacts so many.

Mind is a leading mental health charity in England and Wales, providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. With a network of over 140 local Minds, they campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
