I have signed up to run the Manchester half marathon in October in support of The Christie. The funds raised will enable The Christie to offer wrap around support for patients and families navigating a cancer diagnosis, and support the building of an Advanced Scanning and Imaging Centre (ASIC). This will be a new scanning facility to future proof the service and provide patients with the very best care and treatment needed, alongside a new state-of-the-art, high-tech 4D CT scanner.
