🚴John O’ Groats to Land’s End – 8 Days, 3 Riders, 1 Epic Challenge🚴
On 25th July, Peter, Josh and Jason from DPG will be taking on one of the toughest cycling challenges in the UK: riding from John O’ Groats to Land’s End in just 8 days. That’s around 1500km, 46,000 ft of elevation, with some days stretching beyond 200km and 8000 ft of elevation. It’s going to be brutal – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
To put this in perspective:
🚴 Josh hadn’t even been on a bike 8 months ago.
🚴 Jason hasn’t cycled properly in years.
🚴 Peter... well, he might be the only one remotely prepared!
We’re not athletes. We’re not pros. We’re three everyday guys pushing ourselves far out of our comfort zones – all to raise as much money as possible for Teenage Cancer Trust.
This incredible charity supports young people facing cancer with specialist care, life-changing support, and a sense of community at the toughest time of their lives. We’re doing this ride for them and the Teenagers they support – to help fund that vital work.
We know this will hurt. A lot. It'll test our endurance, determination and probably our sanity - but every donation, every bit of encouragement, and every pound raised will keep us going through the wind, rain, hills, and sore legs.
Please help us hit (or smash!) our £15,000 goal – and make this pain worth it.
Thank you so much for your support.
