We did it! Tough conditions but we completed the course in 9 hours 58 mins! Sadly, no sun to race but we definitely raced the wind and rain! Thank you to everyone for all the support, messages, donations and encouragement - hugely appreciated by us all. Awesome event - highly recommend!

The Plymouth Hoes - Gill, Lou, Mel & Fran, friends since days at Plymouth Poly, are heading to the sunny Brecon Beacons in June to complete a challenge for children's charity Action Medical Research & we'd be very grateful for any help you can give!

We will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun.

We're racing in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
