For Pod Talent's fundraiser this year we will be fundraising for The British Red Cross Foundation. How? We will be taking on another steps challenge. 🦶
Walking is a fantastic form of exercise that has numerous physical and mental health benefits from reducing stress and anxiety, to improving heart health and energy levels.
Starting from Saturday 1st June (till 28th June), we will be counting our steps towards our target of 3,300,000 steps across Pod Talent.
That’s 8,000 steps each , each day for 28 days!
We aim to achieve our target by walking any chance we get whether it's walking to work, take a lunchtime stroll, or hitting the gym – every step counts towards our target!
We would highly appreciate if you could support us on our journey to 3,300,000 steps. Any donation small or big will make a huge difference!
