I am taking part in a 10k London Halloween Walk in October to fundraise for Rephael House, a mental health charity that offers low cost and free counselling to children, young people and adults. Recent funding cuts mean the future for the service is uncertain so we are raising money to try and keep this vital support going for the local community. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
