Pontypridd Cricket Club will be participating again in "Walking in the Valleys" for young cricketers fundraising event with other cricket clubs. The purpose of this fundraising initiative is to improve the participation/experience and opportunity for young cricketers to play and get involved with cricket in the valleys.

The sponsored walks will be over 4 days. From the 27th - 30th March 2025.

Day 1 - Hopkinstown CC to Upper Rhondda CC

Day 2 - Pontypridd CC to Mountain Ash CC.

Day 3 Christchurch CC to Abercynon CC

Day 4 Taffs Well to Glamorgan CCC (Sophia Gardens).

Any donations go to the Presidents Fund which is used to support young cricketers through the provision of equipment, clothing, facilities and coaches. This enabling us to deliver a service and make it more accessible for young cricketers to play the sport.

The club is not for profit and does not have its Own bar or clubhouse, any donation enables us to grow the club and provide facilities and support to help improve cricket within the Welsh valleys again which has unfortunately come upon hard times in recent years.
