Hi my name is Poppy and this year, I'm talking part in Moonlight Memory Walk which is taking place on 14th November 2026 . This is an uplifting evening where hundreds of supporters walk in memory of our loved ones while raising vital funds for families supported by Children’s Hospice South West. This year I am going to be walking in memory of my Grandma and my Auntie, who I both miss massively. I am looking forward to doing this walk in memory of them both whilst still being able to support families in the Children's Hospice South West.
