On 17th August, our beautiful baby girl Nancy passed away suddenly.

Gully’s Place at Dorset County Hospital provided us with a safe and peaceful place to spend time with Nancy. We had two wonderful angels (Hannah and Hannah!!) who stayed with Nancy and spoke to her, even sang to her, whenever we needed to step away. They created the most beautiful memory box for us to take home and signposted us to support that we will no doubt need to utilise in the coming days, weeks, months and years.

Nothing will ever take away the unimaginable pain of losing our beautiful baby girl so unexpectedly, but to know we can help support the place that allowed us to say goodbye, we hope will bring some comfort.

Gullys Place Trust Fund has been developed to support children and their families from diagnosis to death and beyond, including bereavement support.

The Gullys Place Suites, provide children and their families with a comfortable and homely environment, with professional support on hand. We also extend that support to recreate the Gullys Place environment wherever care is needed, be it in hospital, home or elsewhere.
