Story
Ben is dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry, providing support for life for them & their family dependents.
When any member of our automotive family is struggling or in crisis, we all rally to support them.
The need has never been greater as mental health issues and demand for services here in the UK is on the rise.
Tragically, there are two suicides every week in our industry, but only 1 in 4 turn to a work colleague for help.
Ben offers life changing and often lifesaving help to those struggling, from counselling and online CBT to life coaching and more, their free confidential services help to make a real difference.
Therefore this year, we wanted to dedicate our charity efforts to a charity and cause close to our industry.
On Saturday 6th September, the team at Porsche Centre Edinburgh will be walking 26.2 miles across the East Coast sections of the John Muir Way beginning in Longniddry and finishing in Dunbar, the birth place of John Muir himself.
This year Ben celebrated its 120th birthday, being founded in the cycle industry as benevolent fund to look after employees in the industry, 3 years later it included automobiles as the industry grew.
For over 120 years Ben has stood by those in the automotive industry and their families through life's toughest challenges, with your support they can continue to be there for the next 120 years.
Any donation big or small, would be greatly appreciated by the team here at Porsche Centre Edinburgh and the greater Automotive Industry.
