I am taking on the Run 100k in June for Children's Hospice South West. My gorgeous angel Joel would be turning 17 on the 27th June, so I wanted to set myself a physical challenge. It helps me to reflect on how when I find things challenging in life, they're really not compared to what Joel and the other children went through or are currently going through. Every child supported by CHSW are so brave and strong, even when they don't want to be. The support from CHSW is so essential for the children and their families.

Please help me to remember Joel and pay forward all the support that CHSW have given and continue to give my family.
