I’m excited to share my journey as I raise funds for the "Seafarers Hospital Society". This incredible organization emphasizes the importance of caring for both our bodies and minds. In 2024 alone, they provided essential services to over 30,000 individuals, including physiotherapy, mental health support, grants, respite care, and so much more.

As I participate in a personal challenge of litter picking, I am reminded of the impact we can make when we come together for a common cause. Every piece of litter collected not only beautifies our environment but also symbolizes our commitment to supporting those in need.
