Story
Community First Responders (CFRs) are volunteers who are trained and deployed by East of England Ambulance Service Trust (EEAST) to attend life threatening emergency and non injury falls 999 calls.
We attend calls from our home and within a 10 mile radius as the first vital link in survival while and Ambulance is on route.
💚Potter Heigham and Coastal Villages CFRs cover the area from Ingham, near Stalham, all the way to Caister on Sea.
We are funded 1 kit per group by EEAST Charitable Funds, therefore we fundraise to aquire and equip each of our Responders with a kit due to the large rural area we cover, sharing 1 kit is not a viable solution for us and allows our responder to be on duty much more.
Every penny goes towards new or replacement kit and these kits directly serve the community in the scariest time of their lives, playing a part in saving those precious lives.
CFRs are wonderful volunteers, giving up their time and resources to serve their community, any support you can provide will be very much appreciated.
A kit costs in the region of £2000 not including the purchase and monthly cost of the telephone deployment device.
Each donation goes into the EEAST Charitable fund and direct to our groups section within this, your donation is secure and managed by the EEAST Charity itself.
Thank You for your donation, please do share.
