Story
In 2027, I’ll be taking on the London Marathon for Autistica a charity incredibly close to my heart.
As a SEN mum, life can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional and overwhelming all at once. My son Harry is my reason for everything, and like so many autism families, we navigate challenges people often don’t understand and rarely see behind closed doors.
Harry inspires me every single day with his strength, resilience and the way he sees the world. So when marathon training gets tough, I’ll remind myself why I started: every mile is for him, and for every family fighting a broken, exhausting system finding strength to keep going when they feel like they have nothing left to give.
I’m running to raise awareness, support autism research, and help create a better future for autistic people and their families.
26.2 miles feels huge right now… but nothing compared to the strength Harry shows every single day. 💙
If you’d like to support me, donate, share or cheer me on, it would mean the world to us.
