We are a member led charity for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism in Pembrokeshire.

Story

PPF is a Pembrokeshire based charity founded in 2002, which supports adults with learning disability and/or

autism. Its services are greatly appreciated by many local people; it is a well-used resource that serves a

community of more than 480 members. PPF provides peer-led activities, one-to-one support, skills training and

inclusive employment pathways. PPF promotes rights, wellbeing, inclusion and meaningful choice. Their work is

person-centred and strengths-based, helping people build on what they can do.

PPF’s main aims 2026, as chosen by its members:

• Work and work skills

• Social activities and having fun

• Relationships and friendships

• Money and cost of living crisis

• Raising awareness

PPF supports its members and our community by providing: - Support for Unpaid Carers, PPF have recently achieved their Investors in Carers Bronze award, enabling

the organisation to internally identify and support members and staff who are unpaid carers. - Have a wellbeing coach that members can be referred to, and a wellbeing group that meets once a week - 1:1 Counselling opportunities - 1;1 Benefit support and lite advocacy - Social activity sessions like gaming club and Stay Social - Supported employment opportunities - Mor, their creative social enterprise - Moving on which is a living skill group - Guiding members to become more independent by learning about

cooking, managing a household, relationships and employability - Providing training courses on LD and Autism awareness to the wider community
