Support PPL at the Berlin Half Marathon 2025

On 6 April 2025, a team of runners comprising PPL staff, family and close friends will be taking on the Berlin Half Marathon to raise vital funds for the Cancer Awareness Trust (please see information below about their work and impact).

This cause is close to all our hearts. We’re running in honour of two inspiring members of PPL, Natalie Wade and Titania Altius, who are currently on their own cancer journeys, with Natalie having just become cancer free after a really tough 2024, although with preventative treatment still ongoing for a number of months.

It’s a cause that means a lot to us as a company. We have had numerous colleagues impacted over recent years, and in 2023, we lost our former General Counsel, David Harmsworth, to bowel cancer. That year, a PPL team ran the Copenhagen Half Marathon and raised an incredible £27,000 for Bowel Cancer UK, David’s chosen charity. We’re determined to keep building on that effort.

This year, we want to raise money again, but we can’t do it without you. Your support will make a difference. Every donation, big or small, will help raise awareness and contribute to the fight against cancer.
