Devdaya Charitable Trust UK raises funds to support those less fortunate than ourselves. Their activities are concentrated in the Indian State of Gujarat (my home state in India). They have funded the creation of more than 20 primary and secondary schools across the state helping the most impoverished students to obtain life changing education.

On the healthcare front they are primarily concerned with the prevention of child blindness in a state which unfortunately has one of the highest incidences of preventable childhood blindness in the world. Their hospital provides state of the art care and has been deemed a super speciality hospital by the government of India . They provide completely free eye care (cataract, squint etc) to all those who simply say they can’t afford to pay.
