Story

Hi

Thank you for visiting my page.

This year I will be attempting to run the London Marathon on Sunday 27th April 2025. I was lucky enough to gain a place via the ballot and have chosen to fundraise for https://www.mindincroydon.org.uk/ and I would love you to help support me and them by donating however much you can to their work.

Mind in Croydon work to promote good mental health. They seek to empower people to lead a full life as part of their local community.

Many of you of are reading this will know that I had my own challenges with stress and anxiety over the last two years and running has become a great outlet for me to move my body and mind from a place of feeling overwhelmed to a place of feeling strong enough to ride the wave of all the things that life has to throw at us. I'm happy to say that I'm in a much better place and ready to attack the challenge of running the marathon head on!

Many of you will also know that I am a lifelong Croydon resident so the idea of being able to bring together running x Croydon x mental health into a single fundraiser is really special.

Please donate however much you can. It is tough time for a lot of people money wise so every penny is much appreciated.

For those who want to know more about my experience please reach out - I'm always happy to talk and support.

Wish me luck!

Prash
