I'm running in honour of my mum, Julie Maree Idema, who passed away on 1 September 2023 after being diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).

I'm running for her and many others and their families affected by similar neurodegenerative disorders. Every donation helps fund research that brings us closer to better treatments, and one day, a cure.
