In 2022, I was on the brink of ending my own life, Thankfully I had someone I could talk to about my issues, and help me see through the pain, this person is the reason I'm still here today and I am forever grateful to them, but not everyone is lucky enough to have that somone in their life they can talk to and stop them before they do something they'll regret. That's why I'm supporting CALM, to give people who need the help the chance to get it, to think it over, to talk to someone, to get the help they've been wanting and needing.

If you don't want to donate but you think that someone needs someone to talk to, tell them to talk to me, as someone who doesn't know them and has been through similar shit, I can empathise with them better than most people and would love the chance to help them.
