I am cycling from London to Brighton for Pan Intercultural Arts on Sunday September 14th. 55 miles in true British weather!

Pan does tremendously important work with survivors of trafficking (female and male), young newly arrived refugees and vulnerable teenagers who have been excluded from school who are at risk of harm and not fulfilling their potential. The arts give them a chance to rebuild confidence, regain trust in each other and rediscover their creative imaginations to map better and fulfilling futures for themselves.

Pan is about to open a new centre where it can welcome even more participants and this cycle ride is raising funds to equip it properly for this invaluable work.

Please help them do this and make my ride as profitable as possible for me and them.
