Getting Muddy for SIA: Premium Care Solutions Tough Mudder Challenge

Emma Noble is raising money for Spinal Injuries Association

Yorkshire Tough Mudder · 25 July 2026 ·

Every 2 hours, someone in the UK sustains a spinal cord injury. Their world – and that of their family – is turned upside-down. SIA aim to reach everyone affected by spinal cord injury, to connect them to all the help and support they need to life a fulfilled life.

Story

On Sunday 26th July 2026, colleagues from Premium Care Solutions, joined by family members, will be taking on Tough Mudder Yorkshire to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association.

For us, this charity is not one we have simply chosen at random. Through our work at Premium Care Solutions, we support people living with a spinal cord injury and work alongside their families as they navigate the challenges, changes and achievements that life after injury can bring.

We also see the difference that the right support can make. Premium Care Solutions are a national trusted partner with the Spinal Injuries Association, who provide invaluable guidance, advocacy, practical support and a sense of community for people affected by spinal cord injury.

The people that we support show courage, strength and determination in ways that genuinely inspire us. In their honour, we have decided to test some of our own determination by voluntarily spending a Sunday running through mud, climbing over obstacles, wading through cold water and discovering exactly which of us thought we were fitter than we are.

We are fully expecting mud in places it should never be, trainers that may not survive the day, and a Monday morning where stairs become a team challenge of their own. But behind the laughter and probably questionable photographs is a cause that means a great deal to us.

Spinal cord injury can change a person’s life in an instant. SIA helps to ensure that people and their families have the expert support, advice and someone in their corner as they adjust, rebuild and move forward.

Every donation will help support this incredibly important work. Please donate whatever you can, share our page, and help us make every muddy mile, bruise and aching muscle worthwhile.

Thank you so much for supporting us — we promise to give it everything, even if we are slightly less graceful by the finish line.
